Job Description

It is envisaged that the Commercial Analyst role will support the Company?s Global Shared Services (GSS) and work with both domestic and international clients and assets. The role will have a broad commercial contract management and regulatory remit as described below, however, due to changing business needs this may vary: ????????Onboarding new assets and entering all relevant contract information, obligations and conditions on to the company?s in-house contract management system (AMP) to ensure full compliance of the asset. ? ????????Review of Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) contracts to extract core information required for AMP, including but not limited to: ? o???Land and property agreements e.g. Leases and Purchase Deeds o???Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) o???Engineering, Procurement and Contraction (EPC) o???Insurance o???Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) Conditions Subsequent o???Import power o???Meter operator (MoP) o???Operations and maintenance (O&M) o???Management Services Agreements (MSA) o???Loan Facility Agreements o???Warranties o???Data collector data aggregator (DADC) ? ????????Operational contractual management of the contracts listed above with appropriate action and working with stakeholders to resolve issues. This would include but not limited to: o???Drafting and issuing formal contractual notices and subsequent action; o???Raising insurance claims and working with loss adjustors to settle; o???Examining warranty claims and actioning as necessary; o???Reviewing O&M scope to ensure compliance and taking any necessary action; o???Contract termination, competitive tendering and renewals. ? ????????Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements including: o???Drafting and issuing formal notices/communications; o???Investigating non-compliance and resolution; o???Monthly data submissions; o???Audits and requests for information. ? ????????Supporting the production of annual Asset Management Plans for all assets with relevant contract management information and improvement plans with bi-annual reviews ? ????????Assisting with monthly revenue accruals and working with WiseEnergy Finance and Technical teams. ? ????????Supporting the contract liability (e.g. Final Acceptance Certification) processes in terms of relevant in-house compliance support to reach desired commercial outcomes. ? ????????Client management and reporting as required. ? ????????Supporting WiseEnergy global teams in UK, Italy, US and other countries. ? ????????Ad-hoc commercial projects
