JLL is looking for an experienced professional to join our Project Management team in Mumbai.📌 Role: Manager / Lead – Planning, Documentation & Procurement📍 Location: Mumbai👥 Openings: 1Key Responsibilities:• Project planning, scheduling, tracking, and monitoring.• Risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.• Procurement management including RFP/RFQ, tendering, contracts management, work orders, and amendments.• Vendor billing management – COP, change orders, NT item claims, etc. • Project documentation – WPR, MOMs, risk & delay trackers, and other project records.• Financial tracking – budgets, change orders, cost monitoringDesired Profile:✔ 8–10 years of experience in real estate construction, fit-out, or project management.✔ BE/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.✔ PMC background preferred.✔ Experience in luxury residential, premium high-rise developments, or luxury interior fit-outs preferred.✔ Immediate joiners will be given preference.Interested candidates DM me resume on what's app9920766069(please don't call)
