Job Description

Requirement: Candidates with strong experience in Railway Civil projects, particularly in Costing, Estimation & Tendering. The role is not limited to costing/tendering and may involve overall project/commercial coordination and related responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: ? Preparation of cost estimates, BOQs and rate analysis for Railway Civil works ? Preparation and evaluation of tenders and bids ? Review of tender documents, drawings, specifications and scope of work ? Quantity take-off, costing, budgeting and rate finalization ? Coordination with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams ? Commercial evaluation and preparation of techno-commercial offers ? Experience in Railway Civil projects and tendering is essential
