Create, implement, and monitor project 4D BIM planning activities efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.Creating a 3D model of the building and integrating it with the project schedule to create a 4D model.Use Synchro 4D software to link the schedule with the 3D model, creating a 4D model that can be used to plan and track construction activities.Create photo realistic renders and walkthrough videos from 3Ds Max/Twin motion/Unreal Engine perform Video and Sound editing using Adobe Premiere Pro Software.Use the 4D model to conduct simulations and analyses to identify potential construction and scheduling issues.Provide project updates to stakeholders using the 4D model, which helps to improve project communication and coordination.Create and update monthly 4D/5D BIM Dashboards using Power BI.Prepare, update, and maintain BIM 4D and simulations/reporting (actual vs Planned) in accordance with the baseline schedule and the updated schedule (timcline) using Synchro 4D software.Qualifications/Requirements:3+ Years of relevant experience in 4D/5D BIM.Excellent Primavera/Excel experience will be given preference.Well versed in Synchro 4D/Twinmotion/ Unreal Engine/Adobe Premiere Pro.Understand construction sequence well.Proficient in Autocad, Revit and Navisworks.Able to perform independently under minimal supervision.Task oriented, able to deliver work under tight deadlines.Good interpersonal skills, initiative, and positive working attitudeBachelor's/master's degree in engineering/architecture (Civil / Electrical/ Mechanical).
