Looking for Roads and Highways Infrastructure Expert with 12+ years of experience (NICMAR candidates preferred) for the Lead role in Mumbai with an esteemed State Government Client…. The candidate should be well versed with the infrastructure domain processes such as Preconstruction activities (tendering, DPR, feasibility reports etc.), Construction Activities (Project monitoring, Cost Controlling, CoS Management, Contracts Management, Schedule Management, etc.) and Project Closure (COD, Project Closure, Period end closing activities etc.). Knowledge of CDE, BIM, 4D/5D Simulations and Primavera will be an added advantage. 

Key Job Responsibility will be to  prepare business processes, SoPs and guidelines, implementing effective project management processes such as planning, estimation, budgeting, project monitoring and cost control, risk management, change management, facilitate client with procurement processes etc. and to maintain exceptional Client relations,
