Project Planning: - Preparing the Project Purchase plan as per the finalized BOQ and sharing the same with Purchase team with expected delivery timelines - Project Budgeting - Project Execution Planning - Material requirement, Manpower requirement, Dates of execution, etc.) 2. Project Execution: - Interacting with Client, Architects, Project Management Consultants during Project Execution phase - Coordinating with Suppliers & Subcontractors to ensure material is supplied or Job work is done as per project requirement - Preparing the Shop Drawings for customised products and getting it done from vendors/sub-contractors - Obtaining necessary approvals for the movement of material, manpower, work permit, etc. - Site visits during the Project Execution phase to monitor the progress of work - Instructing the Project Execution team and getting work done as per plan - Understanding Product Installation Methods and address any installation issues or site challenges during execution - Addressing and resolving all the Snags before the handover 3. Documentation - Project Execution Plan, Checklist & Milestones - Ensuring all the Purchase Bills, Expense Bills, Delivery Challans, Payment Vouchers, etc. are recorded properly - Handover Documents - Work Completion Certificates, Warranty Certificates, Measurement Sheets, PO Vs Actual Quantity sheet, Delivery Challans, etc. - Submission of Final Invoices along with above mentioned handover documents Key Skills Required: 1. Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills 2. Proficient in MS Office Tools (Excel, Powerpoint & Word) for preparing reports, handover documentation, BOQs, etc. 3. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD , Architectural Drawings and should be able to convert them to layman?s language for coordinating with Vendors, Sub-contractors and project execution team 4. Problem solving ability and quick decision making skills 5. Excellent People Management, Negotiation and Record-keeping skills Education Requirement 1. B. Tech. in Civil or Architecture or an equivalent course from a reputed institute 2.
