Asst Manager / Manager - Project Coordination Role
& responsibilities Project
Planning - Develop
detailed project plans, construction schedules, outlining the scope and
objectives of the project and resource allocation strategies to ensure the
efficient and timely execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction managers,
engineers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and constraints and
align project plan with overall project timelines and goals. Client
/Vendor Management - Coordinate
with vendors to ensure that materials, equipment, and services are delivered
according to project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
Proactively report deviations, delays and expected variances to schedule to the
project management office and all related stakeholders. Costing
and Billing - Prepare
site level budget, cost reports, rates and variance analysis to provide
insights into project financial status and potential risks. Contribute to the development of cost forecasting models and support
decision-making processes based on cost-related data. Contract
management - Ensure
that costing and billing processes comply with contractual agreements, client
requirements, and applicable regulations. Collaborate with legal and contract
management teams to address cost-related contractual matters, including payment
terms and conditions. Carry out delay analysis, prepare claims in case of
deviation w.r.t the schedule. QHSE Implement
quality assurance processes to ensure that construction plans and methodologies
meet engineering standards and regulatory requirements. Proactively identify
technical challenges, propose viable solutions, and contribute to the
resolution of complex engineering and construction issues. Preferred

B.E. Electrical / Mechanical /
Civil + MBA
Professional certifications in
Project Management.
5-7 years of experience
in project planning and engineering within the power transmission
line.
