Project Planning & Coordination: Preparing the Project Purchase plan as per the finalised BOQ and sharing the same with Purchase team with expected delivery timelines Project Budgeting Project Execution Planning - Material requirement, Manpower requirement, Dates of execution, etc.) Interacting with Client, Architects, Project Management Consultants during Project Execution phase Coordinating with Suppliers & Subcontractors to ensure material is supplied or Job work is done as per project requirement Site visits during the Project Execution phase to monitor the progress of work Instructing the Project Execution team and getting work done as per plan Understanding Product Installation Methods and address any installation issues or site challenges during execution Managing Team & City Operations Managing the project team and planning their work schedules Leading entire project operations for Hyderabad region Developing the team, processes and SOPs for effecient project management Single point of contact between the Management and Regional Project team Conducting Daily & Weekly meetings with team to get work updates and planning Key Skills Required: Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills Proficient in MS Office Tools (Excel, Powerpoint & Word) for preparing reports, handover documentation, BOQs, etc. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD , Architectural Drawings and should be able to convert them to layman?s language for coordinating with Vendors, Sub-contractors and project execution team Problem solving ability and quick decision making skills Excellent People Management, Negotiation and Record-keeping skills
