We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of Cost Estimates, BOQs, BBS, Rate Analysis and Tender Documents for various infrastructure (Metros and Highways) and civil projects.
Measurement and valuation of work as per drawings.
Preparing and reviewing contract documentation, including bills of quantities, specifications, and drawings.
Checking and assessments for variations and claims.
Attend project meetings and provide commercial input for project progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in infrastructure and/or building projects.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
