Pune's second World Trade Center.
The Role - Seeking an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Architect to translate business requirements
into innovative design solutions across residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use developments -
balancing creativity with compliance, cost, and timeline discipline at every stage.
What You Bring
• B.Arch. from a recognized university; First Division preferred.
• 8+ years post-qualification experience in architectural design and execution.
• Experience across residential, commercial, retail, IT park, or mixed-use developments.
• Hands-on experience with statutory approvals (RERA, PMC, MPCB, Fire, Environmental) and consultant
coordination.
• Background with a reputed developer or architectural consulting firm preferred.
What You'll Own
• Design leadership - concept to detailed working drawings, reviewed for functionality, aesthetics, and
constructability.
• Statutory approvals & RERA compliance — end-to-end coordination with authorities and liaison
architects.
• Consultant coordination — structural, MEP, façade, IGBC, and other specialist teams, integrated into one
buildable design.
• Site & construction oversight — drawing verification, site visits, and quality control through execution.
• Sustainability — IGBC certification documentation and green building practices.
